Description
Responsible for the growth of business in China
Understand the local market and where Inncom can succeed with current offerings in all verticals (hospitality, higher education, health care, education, etc)
Identify opportunities for country specific products/technologies
Develop and execute an overall business plan to achieve the growth targets set for the business in terms of Orders, Revenue, and Op Profit
Managing existing Inncom dealer network
Complete monthly dealer scorecard reporting and review with dealers
Quarterly face to face dealer visits for ongoing product and sales training, joint sales calls, and open project reviews
Manage dealer disputes as they arise
Ensure projects are delivered correctly and the property is satisfied with the installation
Identify and evaluate new dealers
Move Inncom into existing corperation sales channels in China
Identify the corperation teams to work with
Work with corperation teams to conduct product and sales training, joint sales calls
Coordinate sales opportunities with the correct engineering and operational resources within company
Quarterly visits for ongoing product and sales training, joint sales calls, and open project reviews
Ensure projects are delivered correctly and the property is satisfied with the installation
Work to develop opportunities in adjacent spaces (higher education, multi-residential dwellings, healthcare, etc.)
Manage any channel conflict that may arise
Development of new corporate relationships and maintaining existing ones for all major hotel flags in the region
This includes periodic sales calls and the development of guestroom controls standards for each flag
Identification and sales support of major hotel specifying engineers and designers in the region
Preparation of end user proposals where company is selling projects direct to a property
Evaluating the competitive offerings for integrated room automation systems (IRAS) and in room energy management systems (EMS) in the Chinese market
Qualifications
5-10 years experience in sales & marketing management roles
Experience in identifying profitable growth strategies for businesses within China
Creation of marketing/business plans - both short term and long term
Experience working with or managing multiple sales channels
Ability to create high level customer relationships
Previous business experience with customers in the hospitality industry
Knowledge of building automation & HVAC
4 Year University Degree in Business or Engineering
Bi-lingual in Chinese and English |
