JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for directing the sales activities for the company. Has superior knowledge of product line, business and sales strategies. Participates in the development of the company sales strategy and staffing model. Maintains key client relationships, manages and trains a technical sales staff, and has a strong technical background.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assists in establishing sales quotas and budgets.
2. Conducts sales meetings and communicates new strategies to sales force.
3. Conducts training for sales employees.
4. Establishes and maintains relationships with customers, and serves the needs and requirements of those customers.
5. Provides key communication linkage among local sales and marketing, and the parent company.
6. Creates sales data and/or marketing information for use in customer meetings and presentations.
7. Advises management on consumer trends and feedback.
8. Interacts closely with General Manager regarding sales and marketing needs of the company.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• At least 7 to 10 years of progressively responsible related experience in the design of waste treatment equipment such as burners and incinerators, heat recovery equipment, pumps, air pollution control equipment, and related instrumentation and controls.
